Revive Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 6, 2026.

Revive is built so that your spiritual life stays private. This policy explains exactly what stays on your device and the limited, anonymous data we use to run the app.

1. What never leaves your device

Your journal entries, prayer request text, free-written answers, your name, and the names of people you pray for are stored on your device and synced through your personal iCloud account using end-to-end encryption (Apple CloudKit encrypted fields). The encryption keys live only on your devices: we cannot read this content, and neither can Apple. We have no server of our own that receives it.

2. What we collect (anonymous)

We collect app usage events tied to a random identifier that is not your name, email, or phone number. Examples: which screens are used, which devotionals are completed, which topic categories you selected (such as "anxiety"), subscription status, device type, and app version. We use this to fix problems, improve the app, and understand which content helps. We collect no precise location, no contacts, and no advertising identifier without consent.

3. Service providers

These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

4. Notifications

If you allow notifications, we send the daily reminder and the optional prayer reminders you configure. You can turn them off anytime in Settings.

5. Children

Revive is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your choices and rights

7. Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, the app will tell you. Questions or requests: support@revivebibleapp.com.
